Customer Care

T&B has a dedicated Customer Care section which supports the operational delivery of every project undertaken. All contracts are carried out within the spirit of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

We are committed to meeting the needs of clients in a responsive and flexible manner, ensuring that high quality standards are achieved throughout all stages of each project. The company’s ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with clients is reflected in the high number of repeat orders and negotiated opportunities we enjoy.

We recognise that we have to take into account the needs of varying numbers of stakeholders, each with differing interests whilst engaged on a project and our efforts are designed to cater for the views and concerns of all those affected by our operations.

All our work is carried out within the remit of our dedicated Customer Care section, who will invite all interested parties to mark us against a number of Key Performance Indicators to ensure that we constantly strive to improve on our performance. This is undertaken via our written questionnaires or via KPI On-line, which is an independent organisation.

Every T&B site is run by one of our experienced site managers who will deal with all day-to-day aspects of their project including progress, quality, safety and customer liaison. We enforce strict dress and personal hygiene codes on all our sites and both our staff and contractors wear clean corporate clothing with company logos clearly displayed.

We positively promote customer feedback during and on completion of our projects via Customer Questionnaires sent to the various stakeholders of the scheme. This input is made known to all directors and senior management to enable the appropriate actions to be taken in the context of learning and continuous improvement.
