London Borough of Brent
Work is due to start soon on the £500k St Raphael’s Community and Children’s Centre project based in the LB of Brent. Marc Jeffries, Steve Knight and Gordon Mumford will be the project team working with St Raphael’s to deliver their new learning and community centre.
New Link way, North Middlesex Hospital: £250k
T&B are shortly due to start work on a new link way to connect the old tower building to the new PFI (Private Finance Initiative) at North Middlesex Hospital.
Community Centre, Redbourn Parish
In September of 2009, work is set to start at the £450k Redbourn Parish Centre project in Hertfordshire. The building, which is currently one storey, will be demolished and a new two storey facility built in its place.
The current building is run down and in much need of replacement as it has outlived its useful life.
The project is to be completed within 20 weeks and will provide a new and much needed new facility to the area.
Charter House and Fountain House, East & North Herts Primary Care Trust: £188k
Charter House is a four storey office block and is home to the Head Office of the East and North Herts NHS Trust. Fountain House is the adjoining three storey office building. Both are situated in Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire. The blocks are joined by an interconnecting corridor that provides access to both houses.
T&B are due to start work on this project very shortly and involves the refurbishment of all kitchens, toilets and common areas of both buildings in a 12 week time frame.
