Hackney Downs: £1m for the Learning Trust
Works are shortly due to start at the Hackney Downs recreation area in North London. The project involves the demolition of the existing building and a new build to replace it.
The new building will consist of an office for the park manager and also changing room facilities for those wishing to use the many sports facilities such as the football pitches and tennis courts. Whilst on site T&B will also be extending one of the tennis courts and installing a new Multi Use Games Area.
UCL Framework
 Great news as Special Works Division lands a framework with University College London (UCL). This 2-year (potentially 6-year) MTC Framework which covers planned maintenance contracts to the value of £250k.
Already we are on site at Alexandra House in Queen Square - worth an estimated £64k - which is opposite the The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) where we are currently on-site for UCLH. We also have another enquiry at the UCL Observatory, Mill Hill where we completed a project previously.

 We are currently on-site for UCLH, at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) to carry out £360k of mixed sex elimination works.
Queensgate £250K
T&B have started work on another turn of the century mansion block in London, this one is located in SW1.
Edge Grove School
Works are due to start very soon at Edge Grove School, a boarding and day school in Aldenham Village in Hertfordshire. The preparatory and pre-preparatory school for 3-13 year olds in situated in 25 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland. The contract is to create new changing facilities for the school estimated at £167k.
Dominion House: £360k refurbishment for Barts Hospital NHS Trust
The project comprises of the refurbishment and alteration of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor endocrinology accommodation to provide the revised layout.
The works include; Demolition and internal alterations, redecorations, wall tiling, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of the suspended ceilings, new lighting installations, renewal or replacement of the mechanical installation, renewal of internal doors and remedial works to the windows.
Sheredes School, Herts County Council
£154k cladding project for the Hertfordshire Secondary School.
