5/10/2009 Latest Project Wins - August 2009


North Middlesex University Hospital
Alteration and enabling works have just begun on the North London Hospital. The project totals £220k and covers 3 floors. The works involve moving offices and treatment rooms to other existing rooms to make way for the new linkway corridors that will join the new build extensions to the Hospital’s tower block.


Devonport Court
A £700k refurbishment project is currently underway at this 1960’s mansion block at Hyde Park Estate. The building is owned by the Church Commissioners and T&B will be refurbishing the out-dated interior.


CLIC Sargent Huntley Street: refurbishment £900k
T&B are working on the very run down town houses for CLIC Sargeant a large children’s cancer charity. The works to make the building useable again will mean that children in hospital will be able to keep their loved ones nearby.


University of London, Hughes Parry Hall: refurbishment £67k
Refurbishment of the halls of residence that provide accommodation for 301 students.
