 A Flawless Finish to Comet Children’s Centre
On July 7th 2009 Comet Children’s Centre in Hackney was officially opened by Flawless, the Britain’s Got Talent finalists. The dance group showed a select audience of parents and guests, along with the children, their now famous dance moves and encouraged the pupils to stay in school and get an education whilst also following their dreams.
 Flawless were happy to open the Children’s Centre which was successfully handed over by T&B earlier in the year. So well done John Mayne, Ian Leslie and Lee Davis for another great performance!
Hale Lane Unveiled
 Hale Lane Synagogue has just recently been successfully completed. The conversion of the former URC Church took nine months and involved extending, converting and refurbishing the building as well as new landscaping and car parking.
 Members of the community were invited along to the site to sign the blocks which will be used to build their new Aron (small room which houses their sacred scrolls).
