Brain Rehabilitation Unit successfully handed over
Special Works team consisting of Paul Ellis, Richard Miller and Richard Venstone have successfully completed the refurbishment of the Brain Rehabilitation Unit at Edgware Community Hospital for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust.
The patients had been decanted whilst the refurbishment took place.
Another Special Works Success!
The Special Works teams worked around the clock to deliver a very tight anti-ligature works programme valued at £1.4m for Luton & Bedfordshire NHS Trust. The works were spread over 6 sites and were delivered on time, quite an achievement with only a 9 week programme!
Well done to Ali Snell, Steve Peacock and their site team of Gary Power, John Taylor, James Smallhorne, Stuart Temple, Dan Smith, Colin Helmke, Ashley Meade and Lee Davis.
Successful handover of Comet School’s learning centre
 Major Works have been working with The Learning Trust, Hackney and Rivington Street Studio Architects to build a new Learning Centre at Comet School.
The project team of John Mayne, Ian Leslie and Lee Davis were delighted with the new £1.2m facility and look forward to their new venture at Whipps Cross Hospital.
