Marathon Success for City Slicker!
Mark Hester posted a time of 4hrs 35mins for the London Marathon and is well on his way to raise over £1,000 for The Sick Children’s Trust & The Children’s Hyperinsulinism Fund.
Mark works in the City Works Division and is a regular runner. Although slightly disappointed with his time and his ability to keep up with the Kenyan runners, Sponge Bod Square Pants and the 14,999 runners in front of him – he is not put off and has entered for the 2010 London Marathon!!
T&B win an International Safety Award
T&B were happy to win this Safety Award for 2008 from the British Safety Council. Kane Blatchford, Health & Safety Manager was delighted with the achievement and the recognition T&B has been shown by the BSC.
