Our Special Works Division has successfully completed the extension works to Canada Villa Youth Centre in Mill Hill. The building remained operational while the contract was running, however now the whole building is back in full use along with the additional medical room, office and WC facilities.

The team led by Contract Manager, Paul Ellis worked closely with the London Borough of Barnet and users of the centre to achieve the quality results that have been received very well. The modern extension included:

• Installation of high-quality fittings
• Mechanical & Electrical services
• Internal decoration throughout
• Several external aesthetic design features
• Flat grass-covered roof above the entrance
