T&B's Main Works Division completes the £5.5m refurbishment project at Pacific Wharf blocks A&B, Greater London.

Our Main Works Division started on site in January 2008 to carry out the internal & external warranty repairs to both apartment blocks on the banks of the Thames.

The project consisted of extensive roof repairs, replacement of flashings the coping stones on the parapets being removed and replaced. We also carried out internal works throughout the flats which involved removal of the defective finishes and water damaged items. The original UPVC windows and doors were replaced with aluminium items.
