20/5/2008 City Division Delivers
Since its formation in September 2007, T&B's new City Works Division has started off on an excellent track. It has already completed it first three contracts for a range of Clients. These
include repairs and redecoration to the Mill Hill Observatory for University College London, External
repairs and redecorations at 45 Eaton Place for the Grosvernor Estates and the Fit out of office accomodation and storage space at John Astor house for the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust.
City works director Andy Skilton puts the divisions successes down to " a Client focused team dedicated to working closely with all parties involved to produce a quality service and end result".
With this in view, theres no rest for the Division having succesfully won a £1.6m contract for University College London which will involve the internal refurbishment of 2nd floor laboratories within the Christopher Ingold Building.
In addition, new projects have also recently commenced for clients including the London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority, Harlow Council and the Metorpolitan Police Authority.
