Devonport Court - £718k internal refurbishment of communal areas for private landlord.
Barts Hospital, NHS Trust - £360k refurbishment of 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors of Dominion House.
35 Queensgate - £160k internal refurbishment works to high-class mansion block.
University College London - £1.7m internal refurbishment of second floor laboratories.
Bedford Park Mansions - £125k external repairs and redecorations to high-class mansion block.
Queen Mother Sports Centre - £375k which included new mezzanine floor and extension to gymnasium.

Comet Children’s Centre - £1.1m remodelling of existing children’s centre which included demolition 7 refurbishment works.
Hale Lane Synagogue - £860k extension and conversion of the existing Church to provide new Synagogue.
Barnfield Children’s Centre - £455k 2 storey extension and refurbishment of first & ground floors.
Rothamsted Research - £930k New Insect Field Laboratory and enabling works.
Daubeney Children’s Centre - £1.2m new build Nursery and Children’s Centre.
